Sea moss is a type of algae or seaweed which is found on the Atlantic coastlines of North America, Europe and the Carribeans islands. Sea moss contains 92 out of the 102 minerals our body needs. We get our Sea moss directly from the Atlantic waters in St Lucia. Sea moss often comes in different colours, most popularly yellow / gold and purple.

You can consume our sea moss gel in different ways. I will list below the different ways you can consume our gel.

• Take 1-2 tablespoon straight from the jar.
  
• Or Blend 1-3 tablespoon in your favourite smoothies, herbal teas or regular drinks.
  
• Or you can use 1-3 tablespoon to thicken your soups, stews, curries and porridge.
  
• You can also use it as face mask - apply with a clean spoon, leave on for approx 15-25mins and then wash off thoroughly with water.

Our sea moss gel should be kept refrigerated at all times - the original gold & original purple lasts up to 3 weeks from opening. The infused sea moss gels last for 2 weeks after opening. You can also freeze your sea moss gel for up to 3 months.

Our gels have minimal odour. Nonetheless it is a product of the sea, we don’t add any preservatives or chemicals so the odour does become stronger with time. Our sea moss gel is tasteless, we add freshly squeezed lime to give it a fresher and sweeter taste.
